1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Volaris PIR you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Volaris PIR may update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for activity under your account. Volaris PIR may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
3. Acceptable Use
You must not abuse Volaris PIR, attempt to bypass security controls, scrape or harvest data without permission, or use the service to send spam, malware, or unlawful content.
4. Payment and Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance per the price displayed at checkout. Refunds follow Volaris PIR's refund policy communicated at point of sale.
5. Intellectual Property
Volaris PIR retains all rights to Volaris PIR's software, designs, and brand. Customer data you submit remains yours; you grant Volaris PIR a limited licence to process it to operate the service.
6. Warranty Disclaimer
Volaris PIR is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.Volaris PIR disclaims all implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Volaris PIR's aggregate liability for any claim arising from these terms or Volaris PIR is limited to the amount you paid Volaris PIR in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time. Volaris PIR may terminate or suspend access for breach of these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, liability, governing law) survive.
